Check to confirm all files are backed up.

If you are considering wiping your computer and starting over, make sure your files are backed up before you do so. To check, sign into your online portal and make sure that you see all of your files. 

Consider individually downloading any files that you absolutely need to make sure that they have been properly protected.

    My computer was wiped last summer.  I was not aware I should do an additional backup first.  Livedrive is designed to back up all my files every day.  I have received numerous notifications to update my account, but my computer has not picked up mail for my livedrive address, and I have not gone further than that.  None of my new files, created since last summer, have been backed up.  Can we get this account operational again?
