Certain purchases made from SkyVault360, including buy-now subscription fees, Briefcase upgrades, and add a user upgrades, may be refunded within 30 days after payment has been made. Once free trials expire they will not be refunded except in special circumstances.
You must specifically request a refund in order to receive your money back. Closing your account will not automatically trigger a refund.
On 12/10/2015 I subscribed to SKYVAULT 360 for a fee of $143.88 which should have been good for five computers.
On 12/16/2015 I accidently hit the wrong keys and again was charged by SKY VAULT a fee of $143.88.
I would appreciate a credit to my charge card of $143.88 to resolve this error on my part.
